Professional Experience
Gianluca Guerrini began working as a tax advisor in 1996. In 2001, he became associate of the firm where he built up his professional career. In 2009, he founded the Lg Advisory Srl management consulting and advisory firm and Studio Tributario Levantini Guerrini & C, a partnership firm of Certified Public Accountants. Gianluca has considerable experience in the area of tax and corporate consulting, particularly in strategic management, in business administration and in extraordinary items. He assists businesses in the field of debt and business restructuring procedures, including in the context of insolvency proceedings. He carries out consulting in the pre-litigation phase and litigation before Tax Commissions.
Since 2008, he has been a member of the Commission on Taxation at the ODEC in Rome. He is also a member of audit committees for leading Italian companies.
