Professional Experience
Fabrizio Levantini began working in the business consulting sector in 1995. In 1998, he founded the firm where he built up his professional career. In 2009, he founded the Lg Advisory Srl management consulting and advisory firm and Studio Tributario Levantini Guerrini & C, a partnership firm of Certified Public Accountants. Fabrizio has considerable experience in the area of corporate consulting, particularly in strategic management, in business administration and in merger and acquisition transactions for leading industrial entities. He assists businesses in the field of debt and business restructuring procedures, including in the context of insolvency proceedings. In the area of business administration, he also carries out audits and risk assessments for the preparation of organisational, management and control models pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231. He is a member of audit committees, of CDA and of the supervisory boards for leading Italian companies.
